Sr. ESD Helpdesk Support Technician
TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Sr. ESD Helpdesk Support Technician to provide helpdesk support to USMC IT users. The role involves troubleshooting various technical issues and supporting a team responsible for fielding tickets in a 24/7 service desk environment.

Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support to USMC IT users
Field between 8-20 tickets per day
Support the Navy- USMC in unifying its networks and data management systems
Average troubleshooting requirements may include supporting intranet issues, password resets, network troubleshooting, copiers, printers, scanners, etc
Collaborate with the in-house Windows Team, Linux Team, Oracle/SQL Team, Storage Team, Network Team, Desktop Support, Systems Applications team, & Cyber team
Promote within and elevate into leadership positions
