Responsibilities
Install gutters, siding, windows, doors, wraps, soffit, and fascia
Work on residential homes, 2 stories or less
Understand safety requirements when installing exterior products
Do quality work and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship
Show up on time and put in a good day’s work
Install various types of siding products
Install windows, gutters, soffit, and fascia
Use a metal brake as needed
Climb ladders and scaffolding as needed
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of successful, measurable experience in exterior renovation
Understands safety requirements when installing exterior products
Able to do quality work and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship
Responsible and reliable to show up on time and put in a good day's work
Experience installing various types of siding products
Experience installing windows, gutters, soffit, and fascia
Knowledge of using a metal brake
Able to work typical hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. (40-45 hours a week)
Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed
