Senior LevelInfo Way Solutions is seeking an SAP UAT Lead to guide client teams in the SAP Testing process. The role involves setting and ensuring adherence to testing processes, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with various teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Interact with client teams to guide them in SAP Testing process
Set the testing processes and make sure the team adheres to the process standards
Govern, monitor, and report the project stat progress
Developing and implementing test plans & test cases
Identifying test cases, writing test cases, and performing manual testing
Implementing QA process and methodologies
Collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues
Coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
Qualification
Required
Strong Exp in SAP
Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases
Strong experience identifying test cases, writing test cases, and performing manual testing
Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
Retail or Online Store background
Good team and people skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project
Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues
Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors Required Skills/Qualifications
Mandatory skills SAP Testing experience and good overall SAP
Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation
Experience working with Client Technologies and Business partners
Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills
Strong results orientation with the ability to effectively assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines and scope
Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality
Working knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activities
Test Automation web-based and SAP applications Work soft Certify development engineer (Automation script development), SAP SD or SAP MM & Web Application Testing
test automation experience with Work soft Certify
Strong experience in automating test cases for web-based and SAP applications with Work soft Certify
Proficient in refactoring automation, test automation, frameworks, building testable and modular code and build infrastructure
System analysis and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exceptional project management skills, PMP certification Preferred
Knowledge of core Client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture preferred
Experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training preferred
