7+ years expPeak Vitality is redefining modern health, recovery, fitness, and longevity. They are seeking a Marketing & Sales Director to own the growth engine of the company, design and scale marketing strategies, and lead sales execution to build brand authority and drive revenue.

Responsibilities
Architect and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (brand → lead → conversion → retention)
Own digital marketing: paid ads, email, SMS, social, website, SEO, landing pages
Develop powerful messaging that positions Peak Vitality as elite, credible, and different
Lead campaigns, launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
Build and manage vendors, creatives, and internal resources
Build, train, and optimize the sales process for consultations, memberships, and programs
Align marketing with front desk, coaches, and clinical teams to maximize conversion
Track KPIs relentlessly: leads, show rates, close rates, LTV, CAC
Create scripts, offers, and systems that close without discounting the brand
Protect and elevate the Peak Vitality brand across every touchpoint
Be a visible leader internally—this role influences the entire organization
Collaborate directly with ownership and leadership on growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Have 7–10+ years in marketing, sales, or growth leadership
Have led both marketing and sales (not just one in isolation)
Are data-driven but creatively aggressive
Know how to sell high-value services, not just products
Are comfortable owning revenue numbers—not hiding behind impressions
Can build systems and motivate people
