Responsibilities

Responsible for various functions, including hedge fund and private equity operations
Overseeing third party middle office and back office servicing teams
Responsible for NAVs, reconciliations and producing investor statements
Administer Prime Brokerage Requests
Approve cash wires
Review and approve capital activity reports
Review and approve monthly expenses
Assist with onboarding new clients
Keep lists of approved funds and participants
Responsible for assisting with Reg D filings
Supply data for fund related items in Form ADV

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience working in a similar hedge fund operations positions
5+ years working in fund client services, with experience facing off directly with clients
Strong Excel skills
Critical thinker
Team player
