Responsibilities
Work at the nexus of an interdisciplinary team spanning simulations, experiments, machine learning, theory, polymer science, and protein science
Integrate all-atom and coarse-grained models of peptides and peptidomimetic polymers to design and understand new sequence-controlled materials
Plan, execute, and analyze large-scale peptide simulations
Develop new computational methods to analyze their results
Work with and mentor more junior
Actively collaborate across disciplinary lines
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution
Appropriate experience and training within a selected area of specialization
Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Postdoctoral Fellow
Preferred
Experience in molecular dynamics simulation with biological systems, soft matter
Evidence of success in team research and in mentorship
