Mindlance is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their team, with expertise in test automation using Selenium and Python. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the quality of software applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Python, and other automation tools (e.g., Appium, TestNG)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Develop and execute test automation scripts to ensure coverage of functional and non-functional testing

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, and apply that knowledge to improve our testing processes

Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical guidance and support

Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
