Responsibilities
Verify all material needed to complete the job is on the truck
Effectively lead the team to install solar panels per blueprint and company standards
Complete all paperwork and take required photos
Keep truck and site neat, clean, and organized at all times
Qualification
Required
2 - 3 Years of Solar Installation Experience (or 3 - 5 years of roofing, electrical or HVAC experience)
Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening
Able to properly read blueprints and safely use all power tool equipment
Comfortable climbing on ladders and walking on roofs
Fluent in English
