Responsibilities

Possess general knowledge of construction documents

Demonstrate a clear understanding of how to input data into Procore and/or Microsoft Excel and Word as needed

Set up physical job binders with all required information for the project Superintendent

Maintain all RFI, sub change order, submittal and procurement logs up-to-date and 100% accurate

Ensure the Superintendent and all relevant subcontractors have all approved RFI‘s, change orders, submittals, and status on Long-Lead items at all times

Accurate input and distribution of updated OAC meeting minutes within 24 hours after each meeting concludes

Complete management of the closeout process for each project

Perform continual follow up with the project Superintendent and Subcontractors on obtaining the closeout documents
