Responsibilities
Responding to customer requests
Conducting power, cooling, and facility audits
Providing necessary reporting and documentation
Investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems
Identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service
Attend assigned meetings and training
Assist in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP
Provide technical escort when needed
Qualification
Required
Installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components
Collaborate with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem-solving
Responding to customer requests
Conducting power, cooling, and facility audits
Providing necessary reporting and documentation
Investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems
Identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service
Attend assigned meetings and training
