HubSpot Onboarding Specialist

Lake One is a diamond HubSpot Solutions partner based in Minneapolis, MN, specializing in complex sales and marketing processes in B2B. They are seeking a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to support client onboarding and implementation of HubSpot, ensuring clients achieve their objectives and providing ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

Advise clients onboarding HubSpot including those part of the PSO Program (Partner Scaled Onboarding), helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
Evaluate marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define each client’s ideal HubSpot solution
Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively
Understand how to take a problem a client might present and explore different ways to solve for it
Obtain HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation
Make sure clients meet onboarding standards and deadlines
Identify opportunities for Lake One to support client goals beyond onboarding and advise how we may be able to partner
Follow up with onboarding clients after implementation to inform of product and service updates and ensure value creation
Conduct training sessions to educate sales and marketing teams on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and adoption strategies
Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and address user inquiries
Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements that align with business goals and drive sales growth

Required

Demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing all Hubs that HubSpot offers
Multiple HubSpot Certifications
Amazing client management skills
Experience as a HubSpot enterprise user
Ability to instruct a client through the dashboards and guide sales teams
Very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines
Ability to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management
Obtain HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation
Ensure clients meet onboarding standards and deadlines
Identify opportunities for Lake One to support client goals beyond onboarding
Conduct training sessions to educate sales and marketing teams on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and adoption strategies
Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends
Day-to-day task and project management
Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
Admin Knowledge
Familiarity with Google Suite
Experience with Productivity Tools (e.g. Asana)
Excellent written and verbal customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
Significant experience with HubSpot and the inbound marketing methodology
Ability to deal with pressure and deadlines
Ability to work hard autonomously
Ability to prioritize and balance effectively
Ability to solve for the client and roll up your sleeves to get work done
