They are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, where the applicant will be involved in the structural engineering design of various projects.

Responsibilities

Involved with all aspects of the structural engineering design of a wide variety of project types
Serving our clients
Working directly with the Project Managers and Principals in a dynamic office environment

Qualification

Building design experienceStructural materials expertiseMaster's degree in structural engineeringSE licenseSeismic evaluation experienceCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

7 to 10+ years of building design experience with strong leadership potential
Must have experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors
Master's degree from a US university in structural engineering required
Strong communication and people skills, and team players required

Preferred

SE license a plus
Experience with DSA & OSHPD a plus
Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 a plus
