Responsibilities

Represent the division in developing new policies and responding to inquiries regarding potential policy changes to internal customers
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data-reporting
Provide comprehensive knowledge of program processes in collaboration with the branch team on projects related to divisional modernization efforts
Conduct studies, establish baseline measures and formulate program alternatives related to the delivery of effective customer service, and improving operational consistency among production units

Required
