Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of escrow accounts in compliance with Lender requirements

Ensure timely payment of tax payments to various third-party vendors and taxing authorities for escrowed loans

Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding tax related queries

Review Loan Closing Documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements

Work with various taxing authorities across the US to review and correct any tax related issues

Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports

Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications

Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality

Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team

Pay close attention to details and timelines

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
