Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs
Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements
Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in office full time
Must be driven by candidate satisfaction
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
1-2 years professional experience
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades
