Director of Sales

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support and resource for the Sales Team, providing real-time guidance and problem-solving
Lead and manage regular Sales Team Meetings, including:
Order reviews and pipeline discussions
Team collaboration and communication
Individual and team development initiatives
Conduct performance reviews for all Sales Team members (at minimum annually)
Set, track, and manage individual and team sales goals
Oversee the assignment of on-site sales representatives (who, where, and when)
Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
Support and guide client communication across the Sales Team to ensure consistent tone, expectations, and follow-through
Collaborate on outreach strategy and onboarding of new clients
Work directly with clients as needed to provide high-touch service and ensure successful event execution
Monitor incoming orders and team workload to ensure balance, efficiency, and quality control
Partner with Business Development to support revenue growth and expansion
Keep the Sales Team informed on:
New inventory and product launches
Process and policy updates
Best practices for communication, order management, and brand representation
Support onboarding and mentorship of new Sales Team members
Identify training opportunities that elevate team performance and client experience

Required

Proven leadership experience in sales, hospitality, events, or a client-facing industry

Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented leadership style
Confident decision-maker who leads with empathy and accountability
Passion for design, events, and luxury experiences

Preferred

Familiarity with Found Rental Co.'s product offerings is a plus
