Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation of energy projects are consistent with designs and scopes of work

Draft and implement Measurement and & Verification Plans, including field instrumentation and meter deployment

Perform energy audits for commercial customers to determine potential energy efficiency improvements

Conduct energy analysis and whole building modeling (simulations)

Identify operations and maintenance energy savings opportunities in buildings

Deliver high quality reports requiring minimal quality control efforts

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and client expectations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed the customer's expectations

Required

Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, collect and document project requirements, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be a quick and eager learner of new material and think holistically through complex problems, with technical and non-technical components

Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative style that works well in teams

Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills

Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work in a team atmosphere to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key stakeholder groups

Preferred

Engineering experience: 2-5 years' experience

Bachelor's in mechanical or electrical engineering

AEE, IEEE, ASHRAE, ASME, etc certifications are a plus

Experience with energy modeling software a strong plus

Aptitude for communicating (written and oral) technical and program concepts to clients, contractors, consumers, and other interested people or organizations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills

Excellent computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies

Valid driver's license; position entails travel
