Project Engineer (Industrial)
C2O Americas is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure and engineering solutions, seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support the GPX LNG project in Sabine Pass, Texas. The Project Engineer will coordinate engineering activities, support construction execution, and ensure that technical, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day engineering activities for the GPX LNG project from execution through completion
Coordinate with engineering disciplines, construction teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and constructability
Track and manage engineering deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and change requests
Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting
Support procurement activities, including technical bid evaluations and vendor coordination
Provide field engineering support, construction planning, and issue resolution
Support pipe cleaning scope activities, including coordination of flushing, blowing, pigging, chemical cleaning, and associated documentation
Review and track pipe cleaning procedures, test packages, and acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Coordinate with construction and quality teams to ensure proper execution and verification of pipe cleaning activities
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and safety requirements
Interface with client representatives and internal stakeholders as required
Support project turnover and closeout documentation related to construction and pipe cleaning scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline)
TWIC Required
Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience on industrial, energy, LNG, or oil & gas projects
Strong understanding of piping systems, construction sequencing, and project controls
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with project management or document control systems is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work on-site in Sabine Pass, TX
Preferred
Experience working in a field-based project environment preferred
LNG facility or large-scale energy infrastructure project experience
EPC or owner/operator project execution background
Direct experience supporting pipe cleaning, flushing, or pre-operational piping activities
