Conducts screenings and Level of Care Assessments
Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care based on Level of Care Assessments and/or ASAM criteria
Completes assessment, admission and other treatment introductory paperwork
Manage admission pre-certification with funding sources
For employees requiring supervision clinical accommodations will be included
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree with Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LPC, LCSW
Master's Degree in a Human Services or Related Field
Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LPC, LCSW
