Responsibilities
Implement and manage SSO solutions using Ping Federate, Ping ID, and Ping Access
Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues independently
Monitor and analyze emerging security threats and assist in developing detection mechanisms
Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for secure deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integration of applications and services
Maintain high levels of client assurance and confidence through effective security practices
Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments as needed
Document security configurations and maintain system integrity
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Ping Federate, Ping ID, and Ping Access
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
Working knowledge of Linux, firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection/prevention, and penetration testing
Strong technical background in L2/L3 firewalls, application layer security, DDOS mitigation, and traffic anomaly detection
Ability to analyze network traces and resolve complex security issues
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in security implementation and engineering
Excellent communication skills and self-starter attitude
Preferred
Familiarity with HYPR or passwordless authentication solutions is a plus
