Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting entries based on bank activity
Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
Assist with monthly/quarterly closings, including preparation of quarterly management package
Review and analyze expense reports and prepare weekly reports of employee spending
Assist with the fund expense allocation process and billing to the applicable funds
Assist with annual audits
Review invoices prior to payment
Qualification
Required
1-3 years' experience
Analytical and detail-oriented
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
CPA not required, but preferred
Preferably out of Big 4
