Leidos is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy. The role involves defining system documentation requirements and creating test plans, while working closely with a team to support the Social Security Administration's mission.

Responsibilities

Defining and documenting system requirements
Creating test plans and test cases
Using Agile methodologies in all aspects of the role
Writing Technical White Papers
Creating and maintain data flow diagrams
All other duties as assigned or directed

Required

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel
Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution
Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
Previous experience with Social Security Administration
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement
Experience in UML diagramming and design documentation
Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents
Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others
Strong experience with ALM to manage requirements

Preferred

Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC
Familiarity with project management frameworks
Agile certification is desired
Experience with Automation testing tools is desired
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
