Qualification
Required
Proficiency in title examination, analyzing property records, and identifying title defects
Experience in title curative processes, legal documentation review, and resolution of title-related issues
Strong research and problem-solving skills for title searches and verifications
Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in preparing title reports and related documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the title or real estate industry
Preferred
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an asset
