GigaBrands is a client success and operations team focused on delivering exceptional service across multiple Amazon brands. The Brand Manager will manage client accounts, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with various internal teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day client accounts
Executing strategies that drive sales
Ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands
Work closely with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management
Act as a trusted partner to clients—balancing relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization
Participate in 'husks'—our internal team-building and development sessions
Collaborate with peers, learn from senior leaders, and help foster a culture of continuous growth and learning
Take part in weekly upskilling classes to mentor and support the broader team
Qualification
Required
Experience in brand management or a related field
Strong understanding of client relationship management
Ability to execute strategies that drive sales
Experience working with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization
Willingness to participate in internal team-building and development sessions
