Customer Service - Accounts Receivable / Utility Billing Support

They are seeking a Client Service Analyst to assist clients with customer service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Assisting clients by phone, email, and chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure they get the most value out of our software
Working closely with our product, engineering, and implementation teams, acting as the bridge between customers and technology
Turning every interaction into a positive experience and every problem into a solution
Helping a customer resolve a technical challenge
Guiding them through new features
Documenting insights that improve our processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you're clear, empathetic, and professional
A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with curiosity and patience
Comfort with technology and a genuine desire to help people succeed with it
