Responsibilities
Handle complex manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth processes
Optimize storage space and material flows
Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities, including coordination with warehouses and other relevant parties
Operate equipment, making minor decisions as needed
Enhance technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
Support business performance through accurate task completion and commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Preferred
Prior warehouse experience
Forklift (PIT) certified or ability to be certified
Excellent attention to detail as this is imperative to the receiving process
Able to lift 20-30lbs frequently, long periods of standing
Comfortable with heights (15-20 feet)
Previous experience in navigating within SAP or similar WMS systems
