Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Coordinate across functional teams and manage risks and dependencies
Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Salesforce project delivery with BA experience
Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce PM, BA, or Admin certification preferred
