Responsibilities
Define, own, and execute the overall operational strategy for Autonomous Vehicle services
Align operational goals with organizational vision, client expectations, and long-term growth plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, technology, and governance
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, technology, and business teams to support innovation and scalability
Serve as the executive-level point of contact for strategic client relationships
Translate client business priorities into operational plans and measurable deliverables
Lead executive business reviews, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Build and sustain long-term client partnerships through trust, proactive communication, and consistent delivery
Ensure seamless and resilient 24/7 AV operations with strong governance and risk controls
Own SLA and KPI adherence across all operational units and regions
Design and implement scalable operational models to support business growth and service continuity
Drive operational excellence through disciplined planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Establish and manage strategic vendor and partner relationships to optimize service delivery
Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with service-level and performance metrics
Resolve escalations effectively and foster collaborative, results-driven partnerships
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team
Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability across teams
Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development
Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies
Own full P&L responsibility for AV operations
Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and cost targets
Prepare and present executive-level reports on operational performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives
Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality
Anticipate operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Lead crisis management efforts and ensure business continuity during high-pressure situations
Drive innovative solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and resilience
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role
Proven experience managing large-scale, 24/7 operational environments
Strong executive-level client relationship management experience
Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial accountability
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or technology-driven operations
Exposure to industry best practices, digital transformation, and operational innovation at scale
