Vice President, Operations

Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for hospital operations, including inpatient units, ambulatory services, ancillary departments, and support services
Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations aligned with clinical excellence and family experience
Partner with clinical leadership to drive high reliability, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on growth, access, throughput, and operational transformation
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leaders and teams
Build strong relationships with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to align operational and clinical priorities
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (required)
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a children's hospital or academic medical center
Proven success leading complex hospital operations and large, multidisciplinary teams
