They are seeking a Producer/Project Manager for BGG, a creative video and strategy agency, to ensure smooth production processes from idea to delivery while supporting multiple projects and maintaining clear communication with clients and directors.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Support production across multiple projects from pre-production through delivery
Handle documentation, schedules, call sheets, shot lists, and production timelines
Coordinate logistics including locations, crew communication, and calendars
Act as a central hub for project information and internal communication
Support budgeting and invoicing with light exposure, not full ownership
Maintain clear communication with directors and clients
Be present for key meetings and occasional on-set production days
Qualification
Required
Must live in Atlanta
Must be willing to come to the studio weekly
Must be available to be on set occasionally
Familiarity with call sheets, shot lists, and production schedules is required
Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack
Experience with production documentation and schedules
Ability to work across digital and traditional production workflows
