Responsibilities
Extensive end-to-end experience across the performance testing lifecycle
Strong hands-on expertise with all LoadRunner protocols
Ability to independently analyze business requirements, understand non-functional requirements (NFRs), and evaluate SLA objectives
Design and develop performance test scripts, identify test parameters, and create workload models based on system specifications
Execute performance tests, analyze results, interpret data, visualize metrics, and prepare comprehensive performance test reports
Deep understanding of complex system environments with the ability to collaborate across development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Monitor critical infrastructure components including Kubernetes, databases, servers, and services to detect performance degradation and downtime
Lead and mentor internal performance testing teams
Design, execute, and analyze performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter
Review system bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve application performance
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize Salesforce application performance
Establish and maintain best practices for performance testing and tuning
Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and SLAs
Present performance findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
