Responsibilities

Key member of Financial leadership with ownership of close process and management of accounting team

Oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting

Ensure accurate and timely monthly close across multiple locations

Influence and improve controls, processes, and operational efficiency

Act as a key liaison for the audits

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams across the organization to align financial performance and reporting

Lead process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics

Qualification

AccountingCPAERPExcelNon-Profit experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Targeting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong ERP and Excel skills

Preferred

CPA/MBA - plus

Non-Profit, Higher Education or Fund Accounting experience preferred
