Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and manage the general ledger, including reconciliations and transaction processing
Support month-end and year-end close, including preparation of financial statements and related reporting
Analyze financial data, monitor budgets, and provide insights on trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance through strong internal controls, audit support, vendor oversight, and tax coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or audit
Working knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and standard accounting practices across general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting
Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced functionality in Microsoft Excel and related financial tools
Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, variance review, reconciliation, and accurate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
Preferred
CPA or progress toward certification, or equivalent professional credential
