Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, interactive instruction that combines real-world applications, industry case studies, and hands-on practice
Develop lesson plans and materials that make complex analytics concepts accessible to adult learners
Guide students in applying analytical methods to practical business scenarios and projects
Provide timely feedback, encourage active participation, and foster a supportive learning environment
Track student attendance, monitor engagement and skill development, and adjust instruction to meet varied learning needs
Collaborate with Workforce Training Center staff to ensure courses remain current with industry trends and employer demands

Required

Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated professional experience in business/data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds

Preferred

Prior teaching or training experience with adult learners strongly preferred
