Responsibilities
Create 2D concept art for characters, environments, props that support world-building and storytelling
Enhance and iterate on pre-existing art to align with creative direction and production needs
Prepare and implement 2D artwork into the pipeline
Work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to ensure assets are optimized and production-ready
Support look development and visual consistency across scenes and interactive elements
Participate in reviews and iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of professional or strong academic experience in concept art, illustration, or 2D game art
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles—from characters and props to environments and mood pieces
Solid understanding of light, color, composition, and storytelling through visuals
Experience preparing art assets for implementation (animation, VFX, interactive use, etc.)
Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-disciplinary production environment
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to support various aspects of art production
Must be based in Raleigh, NC—this is an on-site position with no remote option
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for consideration
Preferred
Experience working with Gadot is a plus
