Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates for controls manufacturing, engineering, integration, and tryout based on customer specifications
Analyze the scope of work and project documentation to ensure full understanding of quoted content
Maintain accurate and up-to-date estimate tracking matrices by project and job number
Provide estimates for legacy projects, including kits, product changes, and enhancements
Participate in project team meetings to align with cross-functional goals
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating or controls design, or 3 years of experience in tool pipe & wire assembly, system integration, and controls manufacturing
Familiarity with robotic spot welding and MIG welding systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AutoCAD
Strong analytical skills for reviewing and compiling complex data
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional quote letters
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
