Admin Program Assistant
Employers Options is seeking an Admin Program Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team! The role involves supporting daily program operations and ensuring that goals and contracts are met while managing various administrative tasks and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Support daily program operations and ensure goals and contracts are met
Manage program calendars, meetings, and partner coordination
Maintain and update systems (AppFolio, Alosant) for community operations
Assist with budgets, invoices, and grant or compliance reports
Coordinate events, outreach, and communication with residents and stakeholders
Prepare progress and impact reports for nonprofit and organizational use
Provide administrative and office management support
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in administrative management, nonprofit operations, or community development
High School Diploma
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and writing abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
Knowledge of nonprofit compliance and documentation
Team player with professionalism and discretion
Valid Hawaii driver's license; travel may be required
