The Server Assistant is responsible for providing food, beverages, and exemplary customer service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction and retention through a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Help maintain the culture and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guests

Set up tables before service with appropriate utensils and napkins, and bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash

Assist in placing the appropriate tableware guests need to enjoy their meal

Master memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks

Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately

Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory

Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all guest issues promptly and professionally

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guest departure

Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

Assist servers with running food, delivering bread, setting tableware, etc

Monitor guest needs discreetly and anticipate requests without interrupting the dining experience

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Support the flow of service during busy periods and special events

Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Other duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be assigned as necessary

Qualification

Required

Must be 18 years or older

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday

Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct

Attention to details

Ability to maintain peak performance during high stress situations

Prior experience in restaurant preferred
