Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NJ/NY Metro area
Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients
Install and support multi-vendor hardware: Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN
Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally
Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency

Qualification

Active DirectoryMicrosoft AzureVMWare / Hyper-VWindows Server OSAI/automation experienceBasic Linux knowledgeCommunicationDocumentation skills

Required

5+ years of IT support experience (MSP background required)
Strong technical skills in Active Directory
Strong technical skills in Group Policy
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure
Strong technical skills in Intune (Android/iOS)
Strong technical skills in VMWare / Hyper-V
Strong technical skills in LAN/WAN
Strong technical skills in WiFi
Strong technical skills in Firewalls
Strong technical skills in Windows Server OS (install, troubleshoot, maintain)
Strong technical skills in Mac OS (must-have)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel in NY Metro

Basic Linux knowledge
Any AI/automation experience
Industry certifications
