Responsibilities
Coordinate Care: Screen and schedule new patient appointments using medical acceptance criteria for optimal clinic efficiency
Navigate Patients: Guide patients through medical and financial clearance processes
Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, caregivers, and referring physicians
Collaborate: Work closely with healthcare teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless care
Maintain Standards: Uphold MD Anderson's values of safety, integrity, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years Experience in healthcare or patient navigation
1 year Experience with preferred degree
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources
Preferred
Associate's Degree Business, healthcare or related field
