Responsibilities
Educate clients on Medicare plans and coverage options in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner
Conduct one-on-one consultations (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
Generate and follow up on qualified leads (we provide leads)
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Stay current on Medicare regulations, products, and compliance standards
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
Qualification
Required
Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex information in a simple, friendly way
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
Preferred
AHIP certification (preferred or required upon hire)
Sales experience preferred (insurance, healthcare, or customer service a plus)
