This role offers hands-on training and a clear path to becoming a full-time licensed insurance agent, focusing on building client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consultative, needs-based conversations
Identify client exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and community-based relationship building
Manage follow-ups, policy documentation, and sales-related administrative tasks
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal team members to support agency growth initiatives
Learn and adhere to all carrier and regulatory compliance standards
Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry understanding through training and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude
Comfort with outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales
Ability to manage time effectively and follow through on commitments
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
