Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with their service needs, providing clear and accurate information
Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
Keep guests informed about the status of their vehicle service, including any additional repairs needed
Recommend additional services and products that enhance the guest’s experience and vehicle performance
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, vehicle service history, and any special requests
Work closely with technicians, parts consultants, and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance
Familiarity with various makes and models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with service management software and other relevant computer systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive service consulting or a related field
Additional certification in automotive technology or service management
