Responsibilities
Deliver engaging in-person or online instruction that combines practical applications with interactive, hands-on learning
Design lesson plans that connect concepts directly to workplace challenges and opportunities
Support learners in applying new skills through projects, case studies, and real-world exercises
Track student attendance, provide feedback, and monitor progress
Collaborate with program staff to ensure courses remain aligned with workforce and employer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Professional experience in leadership, management, project management, or organizational development
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate theory into practical, workplace-relevant applications
Preferred
Teaching Or Training Experience With Adult Learners Strongly Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
