Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and interview strategies

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and locations

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management

Identify and engage diverse and accomplished candidates through creative recruiting techniques

Collaborate on improving our recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to support long-term hiring goals

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, helping to evaluate talent and guide hiring decisions

Required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in ABA or education

Ability to translate hiring plans into actionable recruiting strategies

Experience actively networking with local schools, universities, community programs, and business partners to create ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates and expand recruiting reach
