Design and implement core studio workflows (inquiry → booking → production → delivery)
Own scheduling, logistics, timelines, and follow-through
Identify gaps, simplify workflows, and eliminate friction
Establish and enforce operational standards
Reduce founder decision-making load across daily operations

Required

Prior experience running or building operations for a photography studio

Pragmatic systems thinker (structure without over-engineering)
Based in Pacific Time (or within ±1 hour)
