The role involves working with residential and commercial leads across Illinois, helping agents to close sales and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
We give each of our agents at least 10+ leads per week
The leads come in from a variety of sources
We're flooded with residential buyer & seller leads
The commercial leads that we have are mainly commercial lease leads looking for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial and more
There are also larger commercial investor leads
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $18,000 per year (100% split after cap reached for calendar year)
After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 annual cap
50/50 split on company-provided leads
100% commission on personal real estate transactions
100% commission for nuclear family
Amo Realty covers E&O insurance
No monthly fees, no yearly fees, no transaction fees — just the split system
We have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years and they don't typically need leads from us, however we can back them up with leads when they need it
We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run
