They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support various areas of people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, in their Broomfield, Colorado location.

Responsibilities

Serves as a first point of contact for Broomfield, CO warehouse employees for day-to-day support

Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files

Complete employment verifications and home loan verifications

Manage all recruitment scheduling for all roles across the company

Onboards and processes new hire paperwork and terminations within the HRIS (Rippling)

Leads onboarding process for new warehouse hires joining the company

Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries

Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and communicate updates to employees

Assist with time keeping and time off functions in conjunction with hourly people managers

Assists with hiring process by creating job descriptions, sourcing, updating the ATS, scheduling calls, in person interviews, and creating offer letters

Support in-office culture through mail distribution & event planning

Administrative ad-hoc support for finance and legal teams
