Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet business requirements
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms
Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and service levels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CPSM, CSCP)
Experience with e-sourcing tools and platforms
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
