Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models and budgets

Conduct financial analysis projects related to business performance, operational trends, and labor management

Analyze data to identify historical trends

Perform variance analysis and present findings to leadership team

Conduct complex spreadsheet analysis and prepare various reports utilizing financial database systems

Partner with stakeholders to manage spend and review variances

Develop daily and weekly reporting for business partners

Perform Ad Hoc project work as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience

A minimum of three years experience performing financial analysis of business or business divisions

Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Organizational and planning capabilities

Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Ability to identify underlying causes of financial or accounting issues and recommend appropriate corrective action

Preferred

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst, or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred
